Sending sympathy flowers.

Can you deliver sympathy flowers to a funeral home today?

Yes. Order by 1pm and we deliver the same day to funeral homes in Concord and the 10 towns around it. For a service later in the week, call the shop and we will time the delivery to the service.

Which funeral homes do you deliver to?

Dee Funeral Home, Concord Funeral Home, Acton Funeral Home, Bedford Funeral Home, Badger Funeral Home, Shawsheen Funeral Home, Douglas Funeral Home, Duckett-Waterman Funeral Home and Fowler Kennedy Funeral Home. For a church service or anywhere else, call the shop and we will arrange it.

Should I send flowers to the funeral home or to the family's house?

Arrangements and sprays for the service go to the funeral home, delivered before it starts. For the family at home, a plant or a smaller vase arrangement is easier to keep and lasts past the week. If you are not sure, call the shop — we do this every week and there is no wrong question.

What should I write on the card?

Something short and your own: the person's name and a memory, or simply that you are thinking of them, with your names. We write every card by hand here in the shop, exactly as you send it.

What if a flower in the photo is not available?

We substitute a flower of equal value and keep the style, theme and colour of the arrangement. For a single-flower arrangement, such as all white roses, we keep the flower and may change the shade.
