Who picks the flowers?
We do. Every delivery is designer's choice, built from what arrived freshest that morning — which is exactly why it stays interesting. If there is a flower you love, or one you can't have in the house, tell us when you set it up and we'll note it on the order.
Where do you deliver?
Concord and 10 neighbouring towns — Acton, Bedford, Boxboro, Carlisle, Lexington, Lincoln, Littleton, Maynard, Stow, Sudbury. We deliver ourselves, so if your street is just outside the list, call and ask. We often can.
Can I send one as a gift?
Yes, and it's the reason most people start one. You'll give us the recipient's name and a card message when you order, and we write the card by hand here in the shop for every delivery.
How do I pay?
You pay once, upfront, for the deliveries you choose — 3, 6 or 12. There is no card kept on file and nothing renews on its own, so it can't quietly keep charging you.
Can I skip a delivery or change the date?
Call the shop. Deliveries are scheduled by us rather than by software, so moving one is a two-minute phone call — for a holiday, a trip, or a week you'd rather have them on the Friday. Same-day changes need to reach us before 1pm.
What if the flowers don't last?
Tell us. They're cut and arranged here, on the day they go out, so if something goes over early that's on us and we'll make it right on the next delivery.
