Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. Massachusetts sales tax is added to taxable items, and delivery is charged by area. The total is confirmed before you pay. An order is accepted once it is paid, or once we confirm it with you for orders paid at pickup.

If something in your order can't be filled as described, we will contact you or follow our substitution policy.

Delivery and pickup

We deliver on the date you choose within our delivery area, and we hold pickups during shop hours. Please give us a correct address and a phone number for the recipient. When a problem with a delivery is ours, our refunds and returns policy explains how we make it right.

Card messages

We print card messages as you write them. We may decline a message that is offensive or unlawful, and we will let you know if we do.

Payments

Online payments are processed by our checkout and payment providers. In the shop and for phone orders, cards are processed by Clover, on our Clover card reader or on a secure Clover payment page. We never see or store your full card number.

Our in-store order software

Our staff record phone and in-store orders in our own order software, which sends the order total to our Clover card reader so it doesn't have to be typed by hand. This software is for our shop's staff only. It is not sold, licensed or offered to other businesses or to the public, and no one outside our shop may access or use it.

Using this website

The photos, text and designs on this website belong to Concord Flower Shop or are used with permission. You may view and share them for personal use. Please don't copy them for commercial use, try to break or overload the site, or use it to place false orders.

How we handle your information is described in our privacy policy.

Our responsibility

Flowers are natural and perishable, and every arrangement varies a little from its photo. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
