Before you share the link.
- What do employees have to share?
- Only a first name, the initial of their last name, the day and month of their birthday, and a work email so they can correct it later. No birth year. Joining is up to each person.
- Do we need to send you a list of birthdays?
- No. You share one sign-up link with your team and each person adds their own date. You never have to collect or send anyone's personal information.
- How much does it cost?
- Each birthday is the bouquet price ($85, $105, $140) plus the usual delivery charge for your town. Everything is billed once a month.
- Can we start small?
- Yes. Many teams begin with one department for a few months. There is no minimum and no contract.
- What if someone is out on their birthday?
- Let us know before the day and we'll deliver on the next day they're in, or to their home with the usual delivery charge.
- Can the same account cover other moments?
- Yes. New babies, work anniversaries, retirements and condolences can go on the same monthly invoice, priced like any other order.
