- Do you deliver the same day?
- Yes — order by 1pm and it goes out the same day, to all 11 towns we cover. After that cutoff we deliver the next day we are open.
- Which towns do you deliver to?
- Acton, Bedford, Boxborough, Carlisle, Concord, Lexington, Lincoln, Littleton, Maynard, Stow and Sudbury — all in Massachusetts. Somewhere not on that list is worth a phone call; we often can.
- Who actually delivers the flowers?
- We do. Your flowers are arranged here on Commonwealth Avenue and driven over by someone who knows the neighborhood — they are not handed to a national courier.
- Can you deliver to a funeral home?
- Yes. We deliver to 9 funeral homes in the area, including Dee Funeral Home, Concord Funeral Home, Acton Funeral Home and others. For a church service or somewhere else, call the shop and we will arrange it.
- What do you need from me to send flowers?
- The recipient, the card message and the signature. We write the card by hand here in the shop, so the note arrives in handwriting rather than print.
- What happens if a flower in the photo is not available?
- We substitute a flower of equal value and keep the style, theme and colour scheme of the arrangement. For single-flower arrangements such as all roses, we match the flower type and may change the colour.
